Started his career with Public Bank Group, he then spanned his career with Kinta Kellas Plc, Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad, Waste Water Engineering Berhad, Shapadu Corporations Sdn Bhd, Apex Energy Sdn Bhd, and Sedia Teguh Sdn Bhd. He served as General Manager for Apex Energy Sdn Bhd and General Manager/Acting CEO for Sedia Teguh Sdn Bhd, companies involved in oil & gas contracting activities for more than 18 years before venturing into Dataran Elektra Sdn Bhd.

Shah Rul Izat Salam

Experienced in overseeing the engineering projects and activities within an organization and ensure that these activities align with the established policies and objectives of the company. Involved in FEED, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL Review, Detail Engineering, FAT, SAT and Commissioning and Decommissioning of various projects worldwide. Involved in upstream and downstream stringent requirements, greenfield, brownfield, onshore and offshore projects. Demonstrating exceptional communication skills and making critical decisions during challenges. Good leadership to implement best practice engineering methods; providing engineering or technical guidance to the engineering team, presenting budgets, finding and implementing ways to enhance cost-efficiency, and maintaining a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
